| #1 - Decisions |
| In General it applies that you have to follow the orders of the clanmanagement respectively the squad- and squad-co-leaders. Members are of course being involved into the active clan arrangement, that can be discussed within the forums or via Teamspeak. |
| #2 - Membership costs |
| The membership is 100% free. We do not charge any membership fee from our members, but a small donation is always welcome. |
| #3 - Trialmembers and fullmembers |
| Trialmembers are the always welcome newcomers in #RoN.et and will be promoted to fullmembers within 2-4 weeks, depending on their activity and behavior. |
| #4 - Trialmember conditions |
- Basically the trial time 2-4 weeks.
- Clan language is german. English for international members.
- xFire and Teamspeak are strictly required.
- The respective squad-tag may be carried only after the successful admission as a trial-member.
- Regulary visits on the clanpage and the forum for news and date arrangements.
- Clicking our VoteUs banners is eligible.

| #5 - Reasons that lead to a clan-exclusion |
- Breach/violation of clan- or behaviour rules.
- Active membership within another Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory or Wolfenstein clan.
- Longer inactivity without stating a reason and/or without to sign off in time.
- Insults and abuse against members of #RoN.et, other clans or regular players.
- Racism/xenophobia in any kind.
- Use of cheats or hacks.

| #6 - Minimum age for RoN: 16 years |
| The minimum age for a membership in our clan is 16 years. Entering false information regarding the age while filling out the join-us will result in an instant exclusion. |
| #7 - Required applications and accounts |

| #8 - Training and clanwars |
| Taking part of the training dates and clanwars is eligible, but not mandatory. Details on this will be announced in the forums. |
| #9 - Absence |
| In case of a longer inactivity (7 days and more) you have to sign off in the 'absence thread' in the forums or inform one of the squad leaders, otherwise you have to face a exclusion due to inactivity. |
| #10 - Cheats are forbidden |
| #RoN.et is strictly against and kind of cheats and hacks. Any use of cheats (even for 'testing' purposes) will result in an instant clan exclusion as well as instant bans on all our servers. |
| #11 - Purpose |
The #RoN.et Clan, which Target is not profit, is here for:
- The Promotion of Online Games over the Internet by supplying suitable Hard and Software resources.
- Informal Meetings for common exchange of Experience and internal Training Courses within the Range of Online Games.
- Promotion of common Trainings and tactical Assistance for Online Games of all kinds.
- Assistance for Problems with Hard or Software.
- Promotion of the discussion and Gaming Culture in the Internet.
- Participation in National and International Electronics sport Tourneys.

| #12 - Changes |
The existing Clan Rules can be changed "at any time" by the Clanleaders. If one point of these rules should be ineffectively or impracticable, then this does not affect the effectiveness of the remaining points.
The Clan guidance commits itself to set in a such case an effective or feasible rule in place of the ineffective or impracticable, which corresponds the sense and purpose to the regulation which can be replaced and the Clan Rules altogether. Same applies to any gaps in the Clan Rules.
A change of the Clan Rules will be published in the internal forums. |
| #13 - Withdrawal |
| A withdrawl on own behest is possible at any time but the clan management should be informed about it before. The access to possible interal areas of the forums and the website will be locked instantly. In case of a possible re-admission the old membership will not be considered and you will go again through trial status. |
